Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at any time with advance notice — no fee, no hassle. We never miss an appointment and ask the same courtesy in return.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to be available at the time of service (no-show), will result in a $50 cancellation fee charged to the account.
Pre-Existing Damage
Childs Rinse & Shine is not responsible for any damage that existed prior to service. This includes but is not limited to:
Before beginning any work, if your technician notices pre-existing damage, they will photograph it and notify you immediately so there is a clear record that the condition existed before cleaning began.
By booking service, the customer acknowledges that Childs Rinse & Shine is not liable for any pre-existing conditions on the property.
